CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give a minimum of a 48-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so before then. If you do not you will be charged for 50% of your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment and I do not hear from you, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. You will also be charged 50% of your appointment scheduled.
